Rupali Dasharath Shinde obtained her Bachelor's degree (2017) (Gold Medalist) and Master’s degree (2019) (holds first rank) in Organic Chemistry from the University of Mumbai, Mumbai, Maharashtra (India). She has eight months of teaching experience at C. K. T. College, New Panvel. She joined the group in Aug 2021 as a UGC- Junior Research Fellow. Later, she got promoted to UGC- Senior Research Fellow in Sep 2023. Her Ph. D. is on the topic "Exploratory studies towards metal catalyzed Alpha functionalization of acid amides and ketones" at CSIR-Central Salt and Marine Chemicals Research Institute, Bhavnagar.

Shivani Singh Chauhan received her B.Sc in Chemistry (Hons.) from Banaras Hindu University, U. P. (India) in 2019 and obtained her M.Sc (Gold medalist) in Chemistry (Inorganic chemistry specialization) from Central University of South Bihar, Bihar (India) in 2021. She is currently working as a UGC-Junior Research Fellow in this group at CSIR-Central Salt and Marine Chemicals Research Institute, Bhavnagar. Her Ph. D. topic is "Exploratory Studies towards a-functionalization of Alkyl Heteroaromatic Compounds & Carboxylic Acid Derivatives Using Homogenous and/or Marine Polysaccharide-Supported 3d-Metal Catalysts".

Anil Rajendra Paraskar received his Bachelor's and Master’s degree (specialization in Organic Chemistry) from KBC North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, Maharashtra (India) in 2017 and 2019 respectively. From Aug, 2022 he joined CSIR-Central Salt and Marine Chemicals Research Institute Bhavnagar as a CSIR-Junior Research Fellow for his Ph. D. under the guidance of Dr. S. Bhadra. He is intrigued in "Development of Useful Catalytic Strategies towards a-Functionalization of Common Organic Building Blocks".

Upendra Kumar Patel earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physical Chemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, in 2019 and 2021. He worked as a Research Associate at Satyarx Pharma Innovation Pvt. Ltd. (2022–2023) before joining CSIR–Central Salt and Marine Chemicals Research Institute, Bhavnagar, as a Project Associate-I under Dr. S. Bhadra in 2024, focusing on "Innovative Processes and Technologies for Crop Protection Chemicals". In January 2025, he began his doctoral research, building on his academic and industrial research experience.

Kakadiya Harikrushn Ghanashyambhai completed his Bachelor's degree at Sir P.T. Science College, Surat. He subsequently pursued a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry at Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, graduating in 2022. In August 2024, he commenced his doctoral research at the CSIR-Central Salt and Marine Chemicals Research Institute, Bhavnagar, as a UGC-Junior Research Fellow under the supervision of Dr. S. Bhadra. He is working on topic "Catalytic approaches for the SET-induced oxidation of ketone ester and amide enolate"
